About Hawkins, WI

Hawkins is located in Northern Wisconsin between the beautiful Flambeau Recreation Area and the Jump River, and is the gateway to the Flambeau River State Forest. Hawkins is centered in one of the most scenic areas of Wisconsin with a multitude of recreational areas nearby. Fishing, biking, snowmobiling, hunting, and other outdoor activities are abundant in Hawkins. The village also provides a charming variety of local businesses, hotels, churches, restaurants, and village services.

Hawkins is home to one of the largest employers in the county, Jeld-Wen, Hawkins Window Division, which when running at full capacity, employs about 700 people in the surrounding area.
